WILL: HELY, JOHN JUNE 6, 1789

In the Name of God Amen I John Hely of Youlks in the
County of Kilkenny do make this my last Will (being
sound in mind and senses) I leave Mary Eagan for her
use and the Children she has by me namely John Hely
and Catherine Hely or any Child she may have by me
within nine Months after my decease all I may die
possessed of my Debts being first paid except so
much as will buy mourning for my Brothers and
sisters and my Bro in Law Robt Mulhallen will act as
Executor I leave him thirty pounds for the trouble he
may have An Account of all matters are in my little
Trunk And to this my last Will I set my hand and seal
this 6th June 1789 John Hely
Witness Present Mary Eagan _ Richd Mooney
I add this Codicil to my Will if Robt Mulhallen does
not chuse to Act I leave Mary Eagan sole Executrix
that she appoint whoever she likes in Execution for
her John Hely Richd Mooney Mary Eagan
Proved at London with a Codicil 21 November 1789 to
Mary Eagan
