I Catherine Bryan of the City of Kilkenny Widow being
in perfect Senses but under Great Weakness of Body
and as I do not know how long it will please the
Almighty to leave me the former or relieve me from
the latter do (for fear of Accidents ) by this make and
appoint my Sister Mary Butler my Sole and entire
Heir to all my Estates real or personal Goods or any
thing that I am possessed of for and in consideration
of her and her deceased Husband's Care and
Kindness to me in my Distress And as my Brothers
Thomas Dennis or Mathew have never taken the
least Notice of me then or since I can no otherwise
remember them but by my Blessings and forgiveness
it is my desire that this Will be looked on as my Will
and Testament in as firm a manner as if it was in
greater form As Witness my Hand this sixteenth Day
of December in the Year of our Lord 1763 Catherine
