WILLS: CALDWELL, FITZMAURICE JUNE 25, 1824

I Fitzmaurice Caldwell of Bramston in the County of
Kildare Esqr do make and publish this my last Will and
Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made
I leave and bequeath to my late Servant Bryan Claney the
sum of twenty five pounds str I give devise and bequeath
All my real freehold and personal estate and property of
what nature or kind soever of which I shall be seized
possessed of or entitled unto at the time of my decease
unto my Wife Lady Hannah Caldwell orwise Tynte to and
for her own sole use and benefit And I hereby appoint
my said Wife sole Executrix of this my Will In Testimony
whereof I have hereunto signed my name and affixed my
Seal this twenty fifth day of June one thousand eight
hundred and twenty four Fitz M Caldwell
