FUGITIVES FOR DEBT, COUNTY COUNTY KILDARE, IRELAND 4 Dec 1739,

The under mentioned persons being fugitives for debt, and
beyond the seas, and having surrendered themselves to the
Keeper of the Four Courts Marshalsea?, design to take the
Benefit of the Act, passed the last sessions in this
Kingdom, entitled, "An Act for the Relief of insolvent
Debtors", at the next General or Quarter Sessions of the
Peace, or the adjournment thereof, to be held at the
Tholsel, for the County of Dublin.


SESSION FOR THE COUNTY KILDARE.

CADDOW, Henry, last of Manooth, County Kildare, Dealer.

DAYLY, otherwise CONNELLY, Bridget, last of Kelly's Town.

FALLEN, Edward, last of Leixlip, Princer? (As per spelling in paper.)

GASKELL, Johathan, last of Manooth, Victualler.

MORAN, Charles, last of Cloin, in the Co. Kildare, Gent.

RUSSEL, Richard, last of Kilteeel, Co. Kildare, Labourer.

SMITH, William, last of Kilcullen-Bridge, Upholder.
