In the Name of God Amen I James Tuite belonging to his
Majesty's Ship La Concord being in Bodily Health and of
sound and disposing Mind and Memory and considering
the Perils and Dangers of the Seas and other
Uncertainties of this transitory Life do for avoiding
Controversies after my Decease I do make Publish and
declare this my last Will and Testament in manner
following that is to say first I recommend my Soul to God
that gave it and my Body to the Earth or Seas as it shall
Please God to order it and as for and concerning all my
Worldly Estate I do give and bequeath and dispose
thereof as followeth that is to say I give and bequeath
unto my Honored father and Mother John Tuite and
Elizth Tuite in the Parish of Kittaflin in the County of
Kerry to by them enjoyed I bequeath unto them all my
wages due or owing to me all Sum or Sums of Prize
Money Lands Tenements Goods and Estates whatsoever
as shall be any ways due or owing unto me at the time of
my decease I do give and bequeath unto the
aforementioned father and Mother I give unto my
beloved Messmates Wm Kindle Daniel Englass all my
Cloaths and Wearing Apparel to be enjoyed by them for
ever I do hereby nominate and appoint Rowland Blanar
Hassatt Esqr in the Parish of Tralee to be my Executor to
this my last Will and Testament I do hereby utterly
disallow revoke and disannul all former Wills and
Testaments and Deeds of Gifts made by me I do order or
ratify this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof
to this my last Will and Testament I here at Madrass Navy
Hospital do set my Hand and Seal this seventh Day of
November One thousand eight hundred and three in the
forty third Year of the Reign of His Majesty King George
the Third over Great Britain Signed in Madrass Navy
Hospital and declared in the Presence of us here James
