This is the last Will and Testament of me Ellen Moriarty
of Ballyneany in the County of Kerry in Ireland I direct
that all my just debts and funeral expences and
testamentary expences to be fully paid and satisfied as
soon as may be after my decease I give devise and
bequeath unto my Sister Ann Moriarty all my lands of
Ballyneany aforesaid with the appurtenances by me
possessed to hold the said premises with the
appurtenances unto and to the use of the said Ann
Moriarty her heirs & assigns for & during the life of the
several persons named as Costui(?) qui vies in the Lease
by which it is held under Lord Cork subject however to
an annuity of ten pounds Sterling to my Goddaughter
Ellen Forest Douglas daughter of Captain Peter Jno
Douglas Royal Navy and Lydia his Wife I also give and
bequeath unto Ann Moriarty Douglas All the Rest
Residue and Remainder of my Estate & Effects of what
nature soever to & for her sole use and benefit Witness
my hand this 5th August 1824 Ellen Moriarty _Lydia

Goods of Ellen Moriarty formerly of Ballyneany in the
County of Kerry in Ireland but late of Hobart Town in Van

Niece and Residuary Legatee
