In the Name of God Amen I John George Comerford of
Killarney in the County of Kerry Esquire being of sound
and disposing mind memory and understanding do
make and publish this as my last will and testament
hereby revoking all wills by me heretofore made first I
desire all my just debts and funeral expences to be paid
I next nominate constitute and appoint my friends
Daniel Mahony of Dunloe Castle and Thadee W Morphy
of Killarney Esquires my Trustees and Executors I next
leave and bequeath to my dear Sister in law Marcella
Comerford the interest of one thousand pounds during
her life to be held by her for her own sole and separate
use and freed from the control power or authority of
her husband the said James Comerford and I hereby
forbid and restrain her from disposing of the same
during her life and in the event of the death of her
present husband my brother James Comerford I leave
her the interest of the said sum of one thousand pounds
only during her widowhood and in the event of her
marrying a second time the same to revert from her to
my trustees and executors to be disposed of as
hereinafter stated I next leave to the said Daniel
Mahony and Thadee W Murphy the said principal sum
of one thousand pounds and the entire property both
real and personal or of whatever nature or kind soever
which I now possess or hereafter may acquire or
become entitled to or which I may die seized or
possessed of to be by them divided in such shares and
proportions as to them may seem fit between the
children of my said brother James Comerford by the
said Marcella Comerford whether now being or
hereafter to be born and I commend my said trustees
and executors to be advised by my dear Sister in Law
Marcella Comerford as to the proportions of my said
property to be given to any such children by my brother
the said James Comerford and also to take her opinion
as to their education and maintenance I will and desire
that my said trustees should dispose of the sum of one
hundred and fifty pounds among my natural children
and my maid Servant Mary McGillicuddy in such shares
and proportions as to them the said trustees shall seem
most fit In Witness whereof I have hereunto put my
hand and seal this tenth day of July one thousand eight
