WILLS: BUCKLY, JOHN, CORNELIUS AND STEVEN OCTOBER 16, 1777

In the Name of God Amen We John Buckly Junior Corn.
Buckly and Steven Buckly late of Tralee in the County of
Kerry and Kingdom of Ireland being of Perfect health
mind and memory thanks be to the Almighty God In the
name of God do make and Publish our last Will and
Testament in manner following (to wit) we recommend
our souls to God who gave it our Bodies to the Earth to
be buried after a decent Christian manner as our Exor
hereinafter named shall direct We give and Bequeath
unto our dear and well beloved Brother Jams Buckly
late of Tralee in the County of Kerry aforesaid Grocer all
our Worldly Goods and Substance both Real and
Personal And We also Give and Bequeath unto the
aforesaid Jams Buckly our well beloved Brother all the
Money Goods Chattels and Effects of any kind or nature
whatsoever that we have now or hereafter shall be
possessed of or in any wise due or becoming due or
belonging to u or either of us and all such sum and sums
of Money as shall or may become due and payable to us
in any wise whatever or on Account of our service done
on Board of any of his Majesty's Ships or Vessels or in
any Service that may become due to us And we do
further Nominate Constitute and Appoint our said dear
Brother Jams Buckly to be our Heir Administrator and
Sole Executor of this our last Will and Testament and we
do hereby revoke disannul and make void all other Will
and Wills by us formerly made ratifying and confirming
this our only last and true Will and no other Witness our
hands and seals this 16th day of October 1777 Signed
