COMERFORD – December 29 at Crumlin, Catherine, wife of Mr. 
Thomas Comerford.

SHANNON – At Spring Valley Summerhill, County Meath, in her 
29th year Maria Theresa, the beloved wife of Patrick Joseph 
Shannon, Esq.

ABARBANELL – December 30 at Creteil, near Paris, Rudolph 
Xavier Abarbanell, late of St. Germains, Portarlington

JOHNS – January 5 at Carrickfergus after a long illness Mary 
Catherine wife of William Johns Esq. aged 27

JACKSON – January 3 at Waterloo Road, Manchester, aged 6 
months, Maryanne Catherine, daughter of Joseph J. Jackson, 
formerly of this city.

KENNEDY – December 26 at Banagher, Eliza, youngest daughter 
of John Kennedy, Esq., aged 19 years.

BLAKE – January 7, at 11 Upper Leeson Street of rheumatic 
fever, Robert F. Blake, B.A., T.C.D. (Note: Funeral was to 
Mount Jerome)

CLARKE – January 7 at Allenswood, County Dublin, the wife of 
Henry Clarke, Esq. J.P.

CARY - January 2 at Grace Hill, Amelia Sarah Elizabeth, 
daughter of Lucas Ferdinand

Cary, Esq. J.P. late of Redcastle, Co.Donegal and 
granddaughter of the late George Atkinson Wray, Esq., 
Fitzwilliam Square, Dublin

ELRIDGE – January 8, at the residence of her son-in-law, 
(illegible), 74 Lower Gardiner Street, Catherine, relict of 
the late Mr. George Elridge of Kildare Street, and daughter 
of the late Alderman Morrison of this city, aged 70 years. 
(Note: Funeral was to Mount Jerome).

ELLARD – January 5 at 9 Lower Sherrard Street, Harriet M. 
daughter of William Ellard, Esq,, aged three years.

MADDEN – September 24 at Taranski, New Zealand in the 28th 
year of his age, Robert Jones Madden, Esq,m M.R.C.S.I., only 
son of the Rev. Samuel Madden, Prebendary of Kilmanagh, 
Diocese of Ossory.

BERMINGHAM, January 15 at 10 Lower Liffey Street, after a 
few day's illness, William, the beloved son of W. H. 
Bermingham, aged 4 years.

HUSTINGS, January 14 at 55 Lower Baggot Street, Susanna, 
relict of the late Capt. Thomas Hustings of Hillfield 
Parade, Gloucester and eldest daughter of the late Richard 
Phillips, Esq., of Galle(?) House, Co.Tipperary

HELY, January 15 at the residence of his son, Edward Hely, 
Jnr., Clonliffe Mill(?), Edward H., Snr., aged 84 years.

MURPHY, January 15, at her residence, 1 Lower Abbey Street, 
of consumption, Mrs. David Murphy, in her 39th year of her 
age. (Note: Funeral to Glasnevin Cemetery)

ROOKE, December 19, at her residence, Bank Street East, 
Emerald Hill, Mrs. Thomas Rooke, formerly of Dublin, aged 
54(?)

BEAUFORT, February 4th at Hatch Street, aged 81 years, 
Louise Catherine Beaufort, youngest daughter of the late 
Rev. D. A. Beaufort, Vicar of Collon.

DUFFY, February 5, at the residence of his father, 
Brookfield Cottage, Clontarf, aged 19 years, James, the 
eldest son of James Duffy, Wellington Quay. (Note: Funeral 
to Glasnevin Cemetery)

GATCHELL, February 5 after a long and severe illness, Mary 
Carlisle, aged 31, the beloved wife of Mr. Samuel Gatchell, 
18 College Green, and youngest daughter of the late Rev. 
William Robertson, of this city.

JOHNSTON, December 24th 1862 at Rajcote, Elizabeth, the 
beloved wife of Assistant- Surgeon T. P. Johnston, H.Ms 16th 
Regiment of N.I.

REID, February 4th at 31 Lower Mount Street, Mary Agnes 
Josephine, only surviving daughter of William Reid, Esq., 
M.D. aged 15 years.

AGERON, February 17 at Belfast, Edward Ageron Esq., formerly 
of this city, aged 78 years.

BUNN, February 28th at his residence 191 Great Brunswick 
Street, Henry Bunn, Esq., aged 73(?) years, formerly High 
Sheriff of this city. (Burial at St. Thomas Parish)

HOLDEN, February 9, Mr. William Holden at his residence, 
Kingstown.

McCUDDEN, February 27 at Methodist Widow's Almshouse, 
Grantham Street, Mrs. Margaret McCudden, aged 93(?) years 
(Note: Lived at the Almshouse for 26 years)

ROBINSON, February 28 at Upper Dominick Street, Frederick 
Benjamin, the infant son of Mr. George Robinson, aged 1 
year.

TARRANT, February 28 at Athlone, Elizabeth, the beloved wife 
of Harman Tarrant, Esq., Collector of Inland Revenue.

VAUGHAN, March 1 at 12 Rutland Square, Lilly, second 
surviving daughter of Edward Vaughan, Esq.

GOUGH, March 15 at St. Helens, County Dublin, Frances Marie 
Viscountess Gough, in her 76th year.

GRAY, March 15 at Sloperton, Kingstown, in his 76th year, 
James Gray, Esq. (Note: Funeral to family vault at Mount 
Jerome)

HASSARD, March 9 at Garden Hill, Enniskillen, Margaret 
Gabriella, the beloved wife of A. J. Hassard, aged 77 years.

KENNY, March 15, at his residence, Ballinrobe, Courtney 
Kenny, Esq., J.P., aged 81 years.

SCOTT, March 15, at her residence, 32 South Frederick 
Street, Anne, the beloved wife of John Scott, aged 46 years. 
(Note: Funeral to Mount Jerome on 18th)

SIMMONDS, March 15 at her residence, Collinstown House, 
County Kildrea, in her 86th(?) year, Sarah, widow of the 
late Daniel Simmonds, Esq.

YOUNG, March 15, Louisa Humphreys, the eldest child of Mr. 
John Young, 8 Longwood Avenue (Note: Funeral to Mount
