On the 4th inst, in Eccles Street, the lady of C. Vaughan 
FOSS, esq., of the Copse, Co. Wicklow, of a son.

On the 6th inst, in Park-Street, London, Lady R. GROSVENOR, 
of a son.

On the 10th Dec. at Madras, the lady of Captain Sir. C. 
Burdett, Bart, of a son.

At Camp, near Deesa, Bombay, the lady of Captain Lloyd, of 
the 2nd, or Queen's Royal regiment, of a daughter.

At Poona, Bombay, the lady of T. Staunton CAHILL, Esq., 
Surgeon of the 2nd European Regiment, of a son.

MARRIAGES.

On the 8th inst, by special licence, at her brother's 
residence in Old Dominick Street, Michael H. RYAN, Esq., 
M.D. to Rosalinda, youngest daughter of the late Edward 
COFFEY, esq.

On the 8th inst, at St. Peter's Church, by the Rev. T. H. 
PORTER, D.D. Christopher Hyacinth Cheevers, Esq., second son 
of the late Hyacinth Cheevers, esq., Killyan House, Co. 
Galway, to Elizabeth Maria, eldest daughter of Richard 
LYNCH, esq., formerly of this city.

On the 7th inst, in Limerick, Thomas Paton ACHISON, esq., 
eldest son of Charles Achison, Esq., of Clonmel to Rebecca 
Mary, eldest daughter of Henry D'ESTERRE, Esq., 
Barrister-at-Law.

On the 4th inst, at Sholden Church, Kent, William Jones 
ARMSTRONG, Esq, of the Inner Temple, Barrister-at-Law, and 
of Kippure Park, Co. Wicklow, to Frances Elizabeth, relict 
of Colonel Sir Michael M'CREAGH, and only daughter of Mrs 
WILSON, of Hull House, Kent.

On the 20th Dec at Madras, James FRASER, esq., of the Madras 
Civil Service, eldest son of Affleck Fraser, esq., of 
Culduthell, Invernessshire, to Emma Jane, youngest daughter 
of the late Major Owen Wynne GRAY, of her Majesty's 62nd 
Regiment.

On the 16th Nov. at Cannanore, East Indies, Lieut. Alfred 
COOPER, of the 46th Native Infantry, to Elizabeth, fourth 
daughter of the late Major William MILLER, formerly of the 
Royal Horse Guards (Blue).

DEATHS.

On the 6th inst, Mrs FERGUSON, wife of the Rev. W. FERGUSON.

In Limerick, Eliza, relict of Andrew EVANS, esq., of Newtown 
in that County, and sister to Colonel Sir Edward MILES.

On the 6th inst at Ieverstown, Co. Clare, R. IEVERS, Esq.

On the 6th inst, in London, Lady HULSE, relict of Field 
Marshall, the Right Hon. Sir Samuel HULSE.

On the 10th of Dec. at Hydrabad, East Indies, Emily Louise, 
wife of Captain STANLEY, of his Highness the Nizam's army, 
second daughter of Captain NICHOLSON, of the 84th Regiment, 
and niece of Admiral Sir Thomas WILLIAMS, of Burwood, 
Surrey.
