BIRTHS.

On the 20th inst, in Kilkenny, the lady of the Rev. John L. 
DRAPES, of a son and heir.

At Harold's Cross, the lady of John GASON, esq., late of the 
constabulary, of a son and heir.

At Hermitage House, Garvagh, in the County of Derry, the 
lady of Josias STEVENSON, esq., of a daughter.

MARRIAGES.

On the 13th inst, in St. Peter's Church, J.W. BROWNE, Esq., 
eldest son of G.H. BROWNE, Esq., of Browne Park, 
Newtownbarry, to Eliza Jane, youngest daughter of Captain J. 
BROWNE, of Clohan.

At St. George's, Hanover Square, London. John W. WALROND, 
Esq., only son of B.B. WALROND, Esq., of Bradfield, 
Devonshire, to the Hon. Frances Caroline Hood, youngest 
daughter of Lord HOOD.

On the 18th inst, at Shelly, Essex, Lieut. Colonel GIBSON, 
commanding the Royal Marine Artillery, to Margaret, third 
daughter of the late William CREW, Esq., of Shelly House.

At St. George's, Hanover Square, London, E. HOLT, Clegg, 
Esq., of Blackford, Cheshire, late of the Rifle Brigade, to 
Margaret, only daughter of the late John M. LOGAN, Esq., of 
Fingalton, Scotland.

On the 21st inst., in London, the Rev. E.T. CLARKE, fourth 
son of General CLARKE, of the Madras Artillery, to Eliza 
Rebecca, only child of the late Richard CHASE, Esq., of the 
Bengal Civil Service.

At Florencecourt, by the Rev. Thomas JEBB, Mr. Thomas 
JOHNSTON, aged 79 years, to Miss Margaret MONAGHAN, of the 
Curragh, aged 18 years.

On the 12th inst., at Fintona Church, Co. Tyrone, by the 
Rev. Thomas MAUNSELL, Mr. William GLASS, of Tullyrush, to 
Alley FLEMING. The happy bridegroom is 85 years of age.

DEATHS.

At New Orleans, Susan, wife of William J. COLLINS, Esq., 
formerly of this city. She was a native of Bandon, Co. Cork.

On the 10th inst., at Tramore, Co. Waterford, Louisa, wife 
of Thomas CHRISTOPHER, Esq., and daughter of the late 
Anthony PERRIER, esq., of this city.

On the 20th inst., at the seat of her father, James J. 
LYONS, Esq., Croom House, Co. Limerick, after giving birth 
to a still born son, Christina, wife of Edward MORROGH, 
Esq., Glanmire, Co. Cork.

On the 26th inst., at Tinahely, Co. Wicklow, Henry DOWSE, 
Esq. age 64 years.

On the 21st inst, Patrick, eldest son of the Rev. W.B. 
SAVAGE, of Kilmurry Rectory, Shinrone.

On the 15th inst in Edinburgh, The Hon. Sophie Louisa 
BLACKWOOD, third daughter of the late Lord DUFFERIN, and 
wife of Captain A. GRANT, of the Madras Army.

On the 18th inst, at Clifton, Jane Maryanne, wife of Thomas 
R. STANNUS, Esq., of Lisburn, and daughter of Hans Hendrick, 
Esq., of Kerdiffstown, Co. Kildare.

On the 19th inst., at Dogmersfield Park, Hampshire, Paulet 
St., John MILDMAY, esq., second son of the late Sir H.P. St. 
John MILDMAY, Bart, and many years M.P. for Winchester.

On the 18th inst, at Letterfourie House, Banffshire, Lady 
GORDON, relict of Sir James GORDON, Bart.
