Grants were made as follows;---

John Phelan, 3 in family

Thomas Carroll, 3 in family, Both evicted at Ballyroan, 
Abbeyleix on the 20th Nov. 1882, by John Wrafter, of 
Maryborough.

Martin and John Farrell, evicted near Borris-in-Ossory in 
Sept. last, by Sir Erasmus Burrowes. Bart.

Matthew Levinge, 6 in family, Michael Delaney, 11 in family 
and James Hand, 5 in family, evicted near Killucan, County 
Westmeath in Dec. 1881 by G.J. N. D'Arcy, of same place.

Timothy O'Brien, 8 in family, evicted at Kilbrittain, Co. 
Cork, by Francis Beamish, of Timoleague, Co. Cork on the 5th 
of Dec. last.

John Dineen, 2 in family, evicted at Kilbrittian, Cork, on 
the 14th of Nov. by W.B.Sealy of same place.

John Leavy, 4 in family, John Keefe, 4 in family, William 
Jones, 5 in family, all evicted at Clogheen, Ballinamona, 
Mallow on the 30th of last June by J.H. Nelson, 104 Middle 
Abbey Street, Dublin.

P. Fitzgerald, evicted at Ballyvaughan, on the 22nd of Aug. 
last by Colonel the Hon Chas. White.

Michael Baldwin, 9 in family, evicted at Tallow, Co. 
Waterford, on the 30th of last June by Col. R.D. Perry, of 
Clya, Mallow, Co. Cork.

James Robinson, 2 in family, evicted 18th Aug. 1881, 
Kiltyclogher, by Richard Hall, of Kempton Street, London.

Daniel M'Carthy, Twopothouse, Mallow, 7 in family, evicted 
13th Jan1882, by Miss Jane Westroppe, Somerset House, Bray.

Thomas Tuite, Cloonagh, Co. Longford, cost of defending 
ejectments against Philip Brady and Owen Reilly at last 
sessions in Longford.

John Noonan. Galbally, County Tipperary, evicted 25th of 
last Sept, by Miss Eliza Givens, of Holmsgrove, Tipperary.

Mrs Corkery, Kanturk for carriage of materials for wooden 
houses.

Mrs. Murphy, Roundwood, Co. Wicklow, grant to start 
industries amongst evicted families.

The consideration of further grants were postponed and the 
committee adjourned to Wed. the 3rd inst.
