Extracted from the Registry of His Majestys Court of 
Prerogative in Ireland I Elenor Shadwell formerly of 
Loughrea in the County of Galway but now of Camden Street in 
the City of Dublin being of sound memory and understanding 
but aware of the uncertainty of life and anxious to settle 
my worldly affairs and having no other object for whom I am 
anxious to provide except my Niece Catherine Ingham 
otherwise Shadwell I do hereby will devise and bequeath unto 
my said Niece Catherine but for her sole and separate use 
and benefit (and free from the controul debts and 
engagements of her husband) all my real Freehold and 
Personal Estate of every description whatsoever subject 
nevertheless to all my just and lawful debts which I direct 
to be paid in the first place either out of my Real freehold 
or personal property as may be most convenient and I 
nominate constitute and appoint my Brother Doctor Thomas 
Shadwell of Loughrea and my Nephew Thomas Shadwell of 
Ballymona Esquire Executors to this my Will and Testament 
given under my hand and seal the first day of June one 
thousand eight hundred and thirty six 36 Elinor Shadwell
