Galway - Connor, Michael January 13, 1787 *********************************************** Ireland Genealogy Projects Archives Galway Index Copyright ************************************************ File contributed by: Rosalind Dunning ros.dunning@outlook.com February 17, 2018, 1:30 pm CONNOR, MICHAEL JANUARY 13, 1787 Source: National Archives Kew England Written: January 13, 1787 Recorded: February 17, 2018 Extracted from the Registry of his Majesty's Court of Prerogative in Ireland In the Name of God Amen I Michael Connor of Headford in the County of Galway Sick in Body but sound in Senses do in this my last Will and Testament 1st commend my Soul to the Almighty God and most sincerely ....... he may have Compassion on me 2nd I order my Corpse to be in the Abbey of Ross 3rd I order all my lawful Debts to be paid 4th I bequeath the sum of One hundred Pounds to Miss Catherine White 5th I bequeath the sum of One hundred Pounds to Mr Hubert Jennings of Castletown 6th I bequeath the sum of fifty Pounds to Miss Bridget Jennings Daughter to said Hubert Jennings 7th I bequeath the sum of Ten Pounds to Mr Bryan Flaherty of Teconnaught 8th I bequeath the sum of five Pounds to Bryan Flaherty's Sister whose Christian Name I know not 9th I order my Dividend of the West India Money bequeathed to me by my brother in his last Will and Testament to be divided share and share alike between my niece Miss Catherine White and Mr Hubert Jennings 10th I bequeath the 38 Guineas which Mr Hubert Jennings owed me and for which I have his Notes along with all the rest of my Worldly substance after paying my debts and to above mentioned Legacies to Miss White 11th I order my Body Cloaths to be given to Mr Hubert Jennings 12th I order the horse I got from Colonel Martin to be returned to him 13th I bequeath my Gold Watch to Miss Catherine White 14th I nominate and appoint The Reverend Doctor Thomas Fallon my Sole and only Executor Signed Sealed and Delivered by me this 13th Day of January 1787 Michael Connor his X mark Witness Present Patt Jenings _ Malachy Judge Administration with Will annexed to Hubert Jennings one of the principal Legatees Thomas Fallon and Catherine White having renounced 16 June 1787 and at London 24 November 1794 PCC Prob11/1251
