Extracted from her Majesty's Court of Prerogative in Ireland 
In the Name of God Amen I John Connellan of Loughrea County 
of Galway Ireland Esquire being of sound and disposing mind 
memory and understanding but knowing the uncertainty of 
human life do make this my last Will and Testament in manner 
following I give and bequeath unto my dear Mother Elizabeth 
Connellan the house in Bride Street Loughrea now occupied by 
the Reverend Ralph Daly to enjoy the same during her natural 
life and provided she dies before my Brother George 
Connellan then and in that case I bequeath to him all other 
property that I may die possessed of or entitled unto I 
leave to be devided share and share alike between my 
Brothers George Connellan and Patrick Connellan and my 
Sisters Sophia Nihill otherwise Connellan and Elizabeth 
Boulger otherwise Connellan I request to be understood by my 
Executors that I think my deceased Brother Martin had no 
right to will away the three hundred pounds left him by his 
father therefore I consider that I have a right to it I also 
order that in Case any of my Brothers or Sisters die before 
they receive the above named legacy that their share may go 
to their Children And I appoint my Mother and my Brother in 
Law Captain Boulger Executors to this my Will Loughrea 12th

Proved at London 5 May 1834 by the Oath of Persse O'Keefe 
Boulger the surviving Executor
