Extracted from her Majesty's Court of Prerogative in Ireland 
In the Name of God Amen I Hugh Concanen of Loughrea in the 
County of Galway being weak in body but of sound and 
disposing mind do make and publish this as my last Will and 
Testament hereby revoking and annulling all former and other 
Will and Wills by me heretofore made I give and bequeath 
unto Roger North of Kilduff in the King's County Esquire all 
my real and Personal Estate in the Kingdom of Ireland 
together with any Personal Estate I may be entitled to in 
the Island of Jamaica or elsewhere In trust that he the said 
Roger North will permit and suffer Mary Eyre otherwise 
Concanen my eldest daughter without the controul of her 
husband Henry Eyre to receive one Moiety of my said Personal 
Estate and my Will is that the said Roger North shall see 
all my just debts paid and I hereby nominate and appoint the 
said Roger North Executor of this my last Will and Testament 
In witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand and affixed 
my Seal this twelfth day of July 1818 Hu-Concanen
