Photo was taken at their residence in 1872- Circleville, Ohio USA. William Mogan with his wife Georgianna Freyer and some of their children. Georgianna was the daughter of the Chief Officer of the Coast Guard, Peter J. Freyer who was stationed at Cleggan, Galway between 1845 and 1850. William and Georgianna left Ireland in the Summer of 1849 settling first near Syracuse NY before locating to Ohio by 1852. Their children in this photo are left to right in the front-Timothy, daughter Georgianna on her mother's lap and Caroline. Standing behind their parents are Alice and Margaret. Sons William, Peter J., John and Samuel are not pictured.
