Metropolitical Court of Dublin
I Christmas Weekes of Stephens Green in the City of Dublin 
being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding 
Praise be given to Almighty God for the same and considering 
the Uncertainty of this transitory Life Do make publish and 
declare this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and 
making null and void all former & other Will and Wills by me 
at any time heretofore made done written or spoken declaring 
this alone to be my last Will and Testament My Worldly 
Effects of what nature or kind which it hath pleaseth 
Almighty God to bless me with or which I may die seized 
possessed or entitled unto I give devise and bequeath the 
same and every part thereof unto my dearly beloved and 
affectionate Wife Jane Weekes (formerly Miss Jane Monk) And 
I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife 
Jane Weekes Executrix and residuary Legatee to this my last 
Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Christmas 
Weekes have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twenty fifth 
day of October One thousand eight hundred and twenty seven
