In the Name of God Amen I Jeremiah Scully of Middle Gardiner 
Street in the City of Dublin Esqr being sick of body but of 
sound mind memory and understanding the Almighty God be 
praised do make and publish this my last will and testament 
in manner and form following (that is to say) I direct all 
my just debts to be paid And I give devise and bequeath unto 
my dearly beloved wife Alicia Scully all my real freehold 
and Personal Estates of what nature or kind soever which I 
shall die seized possessed of or entitled unto To hold to 
her her heirs exors and admors for ever And I hereby 
nominate constitute and appoint my said dearly beloved wife 
my Residuary Legatee of this my last will & testament hereby 
revoking all former or other wills by me at any time 
heretofore made In witness whereof I have hereunto set my 
hand and seal this 14th day of January 1827 Jeremiah Scully
