QUINN, FRANCIS DECEMBER 5, 1765

In the Name of God Amen I Francis Quinn Mariner now residing 
in the City of Dublin being indisposed in Body but of sound 
understanding and memory thanks to the Almighty God do make 
and constitute this my last Will and Testament in the first 
place I bequeath my Soul to my divine and merciful Creator 
firmly hoping for Salvation thro' the merits of my Saviour 
and my body to be buried in the Church Yard of St James in 
such decent and genteel manner as to my Executors hereafter 
named shall seem Convenient Item to my beloved Wife Mary 
Quinn otherwise Carroll I devise and bequeath one third part 
of all my Worldly Substance to dearly beloved Brother 
Charles Quinn I devise and bequeath the Sum twelve Pounds 
Six Shillings and Eight Pence Ster Item to my dearly beloved 
Sister Anne Quinn I devise and bequeath the Sum twelve 
Pounds Six Shillings and Eight Pence Ster, the Battle of 
Bockshaw two hundred pounds And I likewise order it to be 
left and divided into three Equal parts to the aforesaid 
Legatees I nominate Thomas Dowlingale Draper of Francis 
Street in the City of Dublin and James Mooney his Clerk to 
be the sole and only Exrs of this my last Will and Testament 
hereby revoking and disannulling any former or other Will 
Testament or Disposition by me made dated Decemr 5th 1765 
five Francis Quinn X his Mark Sign'd Seal'd and deliver'd in 
the Presence of John Whelan _ Joseph Sharp
