HANCOCK, TIMOTHY JANUARY 24, 1754

In the Name of God Amen I Timothy Handcock Son of Joseph 
Handcock late of the City of Dublin Merchant being in Good 
Health of Body and of Sound Mind and Memory Do make Ordain 
and Publish this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking 
all former Wills by me made And First I Give and bequeath 
unto my Aunt Sarah Strangman Wife of Thomas Strangman of 
Mountmelick in the Kingdom of Ireland Merchant and to my 
Mother Ann Courtenay Relict of Edward Courtenay of the City 
of Dublin aforesaid Chirurgeon or to her Heirs in Case of my 
said Mother's Death two third Parts of my Worldly Goods 
Assetts and Effects of what Kind or Nature soever I Shall be 
Seized possessed of or Intitled unto at the time of my Death 
to be equally Divided between them And I do hereby bequeath 
the other part to my Uncle Timothy Forbes of the City of 
London Merchant and to his Heirs And Whereas by Vertue of a 
Clause in the last Will of my Uncle Thomas Handcock late of 
the City of Dublin aforesaid Linnen Draper I am Intitled to 
the Reversion of a Real Estate bequeathed to his Daughter 
Ann Handcock I do hereby on my Death Give and bequeath my 
right and Title thereto unto my Uncle Timothy Forbes 
aforesaid and to his Heirs And I nominate and Appoint the 
said Timothy Forbes to be the Sole Executor of this my last 
Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto put my 
hand and Seal this Twenty fourth day of January 1754 Tim:
