Captain Collis Deposed that he leaves everything he has in 
the World to his Sister and says a Statement of his Accounts 
will be found in a little Book in his Drawers He wishes his 
Trunk to be fastened up and given to his Brother if in 
London Lt Stephen Ed Collis care of T Hewson Esqr 105 
Stephens Green Dublin all private Letters to be put in the 
post his Brother Ed taking charge of every thing for the 
benefit of his Sister G Bishop Captain of the Mars _ John 
Saunders Lieut 8th Regt Blay N In _ G G Small Captain Cape 
Corps On the 3rd June 1824 Admon (with the Will nuncupative 
or by Word of Mouth) by Maurice Fitzgerald Collis Late 
Brevet Captain of the Eighth Regiment of the Bombay 
Establishment but at Sea Esquire deceased was granted to 
Mary Eliza Collis Spinster the natural lawful and only 
Sister and as such the Universal Legatee named in the said 
Will being first sworn by Comon duly to administer No 
Executor being therein named
