Extracted from her Majesty's Court of Prerogative in Ireland
I James Barry of the City of Dublin Esquire Do make this my 
last Will and Testament and thereof constitute nominate and 
appoint my Brother Redmond Barry of Rathcormack in the 
County of Cork my sole heir and Executor hereby revoking and 
annulling all other Wills by me made In Witness whereof I 
have hereunto put my hand and Seal this thirty first day of 
January one thousand seven hundred and twenty one James 
(Attestation Clause)
