Built in 1700. Some historical figures associated with this church:
ARTHUR GUINNESS founder was married at this church in 1761.
SEAN O'CASEY was baptised in 1880 at St. Mary's.
THEOBOLD WOLF TONE. Founder of the United Irishman, was baptised there in 1763.
JOHN WESLEY delivered his first Irish Sermon in 1747.
JONATHAN SWIFT attended services at St. Mary's.
