Funeral Entries
Edward MAYE of the Citty of Dublin Gent. second sonn of Sr. 
Thomas of Mayfield in the County of Sussex in the King- dome 
of England Knight. The said first mentioned Edward took to 
Wife Margarett Daughter of Art or Arthur o DONELLYE of 
Castle Caulfield ancently called Ballydonellye in the Comm 
of Tyrone by who he hath Issue 4 Sons and 3 Daughters. Viz. 
Thomas Eldest Sonn and heire Edward Second sonn Humphrie 
third Sonn, and Robert 4th Son. Mary eldest, Daughter, 
Elizabeth 2d Daughter and Margarett 3d Daughter all as yett 
young and unmarried. The said Edward first mentioned 
departed this mortall life at Dublin aforesaid the 8th of 
March 1640 and to be Intered in St. Michans Church in the 
said Citty of Dublin the 11th of the same Month. The truith 
of the premisses is testified by the Subscriptn. of the said 
Margarett Relict of the Said Defunct. who hath return'd this 
Certifficate into my Office there to be Recordd. Taken by me 
Thomas PRESTON Esqr. Ulvester King of Armes this 11th of 
March 1640.
