Old Kill Churchyard

"HERE LYETH THE BODY OF JANE FINIGAN, WHO DEPARTED THIS LIFE 
THE 12TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER IN THE YEAR OF OUR LORD ANNO 
DOMINI 1692

AND ALSO HERE LYETH YE BODY OF PETER FINIGAN WHO DEPARTED 
THIS LIFE THE 12TH DAY OF JUNE IN THE YEAR OF OUR LORD GOD 
1694

THIS STONE WAS CAUSED TO BE MADE BY BRYAN FINIGAN FOR HIM 
AND HIS POSTERITIE, ALSO THE BODY OF MRS. JUDITH BUTLER 
ALIAS FINIGAN WHO DEPARTED TIS LIFE THE 14TH OF OCTOBER 1790 
AGED 75 YEARS"

"This tomb was erected by Mr. Edward BUTLER of the City of 
Dublin, Merchant to the memory of his beloved and 
affectionate wife Mrs. Francis BUTLER who departed this life 
the 11th of Dec. 1809 aged 54 years.  May she rest in Peace. 
Amen"

"This stone and burial place belongeth to Patrick SWAN and 
his posterity being set up at his own expense and here lieth 
the Body of Andrew SWAN who died the 22nd day of July 1744 
aged 17 years.  Also Michael SWAN who died the 6th day of 
September, 1747 aged 18 years, and Catherine SWAN wife of 
the above named Patrick SWAN, she died May the 25th, 1774 
aged 74.  May the rest in glory.  Amen"
