This is the last Will and Testament of me John Kennedy of
Holywood in the County of Down in the Kingdom of Ireland
Esquire (now residing at No 7 Argyle Buildings Bath in the
County of Somerset in the Kingdom of Great Britain)
touching the disposition of my Estate I give devise and
bequeath unto my beloved Mother Dorothea Kennedy Widow all
and every my freehold copyhold and leasehold Estates
whatsoever whether in possession reversion remainder or
expectancy and all my money and Securities for money Goods
Chattels & Personal Estate and Effects which I shall die
possessed of or interested in to hold the same unto my said
Mother her heirs Exors Administrators & Assigns according to
the different natures and qualities absolutely and for ever
And I appoint my said Mother sole Executrix of this my Will
and revoking all former Wills by me made I do declare this
to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Seal the twelfth
day of April in the year of our Lord One thousand eight
hundred and thirty eight. John Kennedy
