Last Will & Testament of John McElhinney, Died 28 April 1889 in
Bellanascaddan, Kilmacrenan Parish Co. Donegal IRELAND

In the name of God Amen.   I John McElhinney being weakly in
Health But perfect in mind and memory as make this my Last
Will and Testament In which I bequeath my Soul to God who
gave it me my Body to the Earth In hopes it shall rise on
the last day to Life everlasting, and first I bequeath
That part of my Farm which I hold in Killhill to my wife
Bridget McElhinney With all the effects thereon, and also
the part that Charles Boyle (NEPHEW) of the Killhill now
occupies for a term of 10 years commencing on the fist day
of December 1881, that the said Charles Boyle is to pay the
rent and all 'Cesses'? for the said term of 10 Years and is
to receive the Sum of Twenty Seven Pounds and Sixteen
Shillings, with Legal interest thereon During the Term of
his Tenancy when he gives up the Land, and I appoint Robert
Gregg Senior of Bellanascaddan, and Robert Gregg Junior of
Moneylaggin, As my Executors.
