Probate of WILLIAM LEGGETT *
OATH FOR EXECUTOR.
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE (IRELAND)
KING'S BENCH DIVISION (PROBATE).

In the Goods of WILLIAM LEGGETT late of Ardess Kesh in the
County of Fermanagh, retired Civil Servant. Deceased

MAY LEGGETT Widow and
MARGARET ELIZABETH DAGG married
Woman, both of Ardess Rectory,
Kesh in the County of Fermanagh

late of Ardess Kesh in the County of Fermanagh, retired
Civil Servant Deceased ; that same was made by the said
WILLIAM LEGGETT after attaining the full age of Twenty-one
years, and that he did not intermarry with any person after
the making of same, that I the said MAY LEGGETT am the
lawful Widow and I the said MARGARET ELIZABETH DAGG am the
lawful daughter of the said WILLIAM LEGGETT

...that the said Testator died at Ardess Kesh in the County
of Fermanagh aforesaid on the twenty seventh day of August
1909

...and that the whole amount of the said personal Estate of
the said Testator debts, &c, amounts the value of Two
Thousand Three Hundred and Sixty two Pounds Three Shillings
and sixpence and no more, to the best of our knowledge,
information, and belief

Sworn  at 22 Lombard Street in the County of the City of
Belfast this twenty ninth day of September 1909, by the said
Deponent MAY LEGGETT before ME, A Commissioner to administer
Oaths for the Supreme Court of Judicature, Ireland, in the
said County, and I know Deponent

at Pettigo in the County of Donegal this 4th day of October

MARGARET ELIZABETH DAGG 1909, by the said Deponent MARGARET
ELIZABETH DAGG, Before me Commissioner to administer Oaths
