RENT ROLL FOR GROVE-HALL ESTATE 1783

A Rent-Roll of Grove-Hall Estate, situate in the County
Donegal, to be sold for auction for the payment of the Debts
of Leslie Grove, Late of Crosby-Square, London, a bankrupt
in England, at the Royal Exchange, Dublin, on Monday 26th
day of April, 1790. Hibernian Journal.

All of the agreements started on the 1st November 1783. All
tenures are for 31 years or 3 lives, whichever shall last
longest.

An Estate in fee simple, situate in an improving country,
situate within two miles of Ramelton, and five from
Letterkenny.

There is a considerable quantity of timber on it.

It is subject to two annuities:one of 60/. for the life of a
lady aged about 55 years, and another of 30/. for the life
of a lady aged about 50.

It is subject only to one penny by the Year Quit Rent.

The old farms will rise at least 10/. per year.
