I Keeffe O'Keeffe do hereby make this my last Will and 
Testament I leave and bequeath to my beloved Wife Mary 
Elizabeth All property of which I am now or hereafter may 
become possessed of regretting for her sake the various 
inroads made upon & alteration in my fortune I regret my 
inability now to leave my dearly beloved brothers William 
Joseph and Francis any property had it pleased the Almighty 
to leave me the means I had and was likely to possess they 
should amply share in its distribution I forgive all my 
enemies & those who mistook & persecuted me through life & 
hope to obtain forgiveness myself thro' the merits of my 
divine Redeemer I have suffered more than was imagined 
privation and mental agony & torment I freely and fully 
forgive those who caused such directly or indirectly I 
desire a small sum to be given yearly to the Revd Mr Mathew 
to pray for the repose of my Soul & the Souls of my beloved 
father & mother Daniel & Mary O'Keeffe & my dearly beloved 
brothers Arthur & Cornelius O'Keeffe I regret especially my 
inability to bequeath my beloved brother Francis some 
property I always did and do still most sincerely love him 
and all my brothers The Almighty will in his merciful 
providence provide for them here & hereafter I desire to be 
buried alongside my darling mother at Kilnmurray Keeffe 
O'Keeffe Sunday 15 April 1845 & for the repose of the Soul 
of my beloved Wife Mary should she die before me which God 
forbid
