In the Name of God Amen I Jerome McNamara in the Town of 
Macroom in the County of Cork Solicitor being weak in body 
but of sound mind memory and understanding do make and 
publish this my last Will and Testament in manner following 
first I will devise and bequeath unto my brother Daniel 
McNamara of the Town of Macroom all my worldly substance 
whatever I may be entitled to or become entitled hereafter 
in any way whatsoever after my death I order and direct that 
all my just debts and demands may be paid and discharged 
when convenient and do appoint as my Executors Mr Patt 
Swiney of the City of Cork Gentleman to this my last Will 
and Testament revoaking all former Wills heretofore made by 
me Dated this 19th day of March 1849 Jerome McNamara
