In the Name of God Amen I Timothy McCarthy late of the City 
of Corke in the Kingdom of Ireland Butter factor but now a 
Prisoner in the fleet Prison London being Sick in Body but 
of sound Mind Memory and Understanding (blessed be Almighty 
God for the same) Do make and Publish this my last Will and 
Testament that is to say first and Principally I bequeath my 
Soul to Almighty God who gave it hoping through the Merits 
Passion and Mediation of Jesus Christ to obtain full 
Remission of all my Sins my Body I commit to the Earth to be 
decently buried at the Discretion of my Executrix herein 
after named And as to such Worldly Estate Trust and Effects 
conferred on me or whereof I shall dye possessed of and 
Intrusted I give and bequeath Vizt. Whereas I am Trustee by 
Deed dated the 19th Day of August 1746 for my Daughter 
Elizabeth Beecher Wife of Thomas Beecher otherwise Beecham 
late belonging to the Prince Frederick Private Ship of War 
Captain James Talbot of one half of his Prize Money for the 
Marquis D'Antin and Louis Erasme taken by the sd Privateer 
in Consort with the Duke Privateer for her sole and seperate 
use Now I do hereby appoint Willm Hawkins the Younger of 
Mitre Court London Gentleman to be my sole and full Executor 
And hereby earnestly request and intreat him to carry the sd 
Trust into full Execution and after reimbursing himself on 
all Accounts whatsoever to pay to my Daughter Elizabeth 
Beecher or her Order Executors Administrators or Assigns the 
Clear Produce that shall proceed therefrom Item the Legacy 
of ten Pounds bequeathed unto me by the Will of Peter 
Richards whereof Mr James Kelly is Executor I bequeath unto 
my beloved Wife and Pray that my sd Executor in whom I place 
the utmost Confidence will be Assisting therein In Testimony 
whereof I have hereunto Set my Hand and Seal this Twenty
