In the Name of God Amen I Daniel Keelin Mariner belonging to 
his Majestys Ship York now at his Majestys Hospital Andalore 
fork St Davids East Indies being weak in Body but of a 
perfect mind and memory thanks be to God for it Therefore 
calling to mind the Mortality of my Body and knowing that it 
is appointed for all Men once to dye do make and ordain this 
my last Will and Testament in the manner following (that is 
to say) first I recommend my Soul to God that gave it and my 
Body to the Earth or Sea as it shall please God to Order  As 
for and concerning all my Worldly Estate I give bequeath and 
dispose of in the manner following That is to say After all 
my Just Debts are paid be it in Wages Prize Money Short 
Allowance Money and all Sum and Sums of Money Lands 
Tenements Goods Chattels and Estates whatsoever as shall be 
any ways due owing or belonging to me at the time of my 
decease I give devise and bequeath the same unto my loving 
Mother Margaret Keelier alias Sheehan at Macromp in the 
Barrany Musgary in the County of Cork Ireland and I do 
hereby appoint and nominate my foresaid Mother my Executrix 
of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all 
former and other Wills Testaments and Deeds of Gift by me at 
any time heretofore made and I do ordain and ratify these 
Presents to stand and be for and as my only last Will and 
Testament In Witness to this my said Will I have set my hand 
and seal this Tenth day of April in the Year of our Lord One 
thousand seven hundred and forty eight and in the Twenty 
first Year of the Reign of his Majesty King George the 
Second over Great Britain etc. Daniel Keelin Signed Sealed

5 June 1752 Administration with Will annexed to Isidore 
Lynch lawful Attorney of Margaret Keeling otherwise Keelin

deceased now residing at the Town of Macromp in the County 
of Cork in the Kingdom of Ireland
