In the Name of God Amen I William Cronin of No 2 Merchants 
Quay in the City of Cork Navy Agent Do leave devise and 
bequeath unto my dearly belov’d wife Hannah Cronin otherwise 
Hannah Magrath all my Right Title and Interest in such Lands 
and houses as I am now in possession of or hereafter legally 
entitle to with whatever Stock of money or Interest I may 
have in the Navy Agency business or otherwise Provided she 
does not marry subject to be disposed of as she thinks fit 
at her Decease to her three Daughters Ann Mary & Margrat 
Cronin but in Case of her marrying before the Children are 
of age I leave her but five Shillings as her full Dowry 
given under my hand and Seal Cork 23rd December 1809 I do 
constitute my said Wife and her brothers Danl Magrath and 
James Magrath my Exors William Cronin And I also authorize & 
empower Richard Cary & James Cronin to be addl Exors William
