I William Clear of Clontymon Lodge in the Parish of Saint 
Nicholas and County of Cork do make and declare this my last 
will and testament after payment of my debts & funeral 
expences I leave and bequeath All my Property of which I may 
die possessed whether consisting of freehold leasehold or 
chattel money invested in the public or private securities 
Household goods plate pictures books and all other of every 
nature and kind whatsoever unto my daughter Charlotte Allman 
Clear for ever with full power to use or dispose of the same 
as she may think proper And I appoint the said Charlotte 
Allman Clear sole Executrix of this my will Wm Clear
(Attestation Clause 8 November 1848)
