In the Name of God Amen I James Chatterton of the City of 
Corke Esquire being weak in Body but of sound and disposing 
mind and memory do hereby make and publish these presents as 
and for my last Will and Testament hereby revoking any other 
Will at any time by me heretofore made I leave and bequeath 
unto my Sister Ann the Wife of Barnabas Pressick the Sum of 
One Shilling Ster and no more in full lieu and bar of any 
claim or demand which she may make or pretend to have to any 
part of such Estate and Effects as I shall die seized 
Possessed of or intitled unto I leave devise and bequeath 
all such Real and Personal Estate fortune and Effects of 
what nature or kindsoever whereof I shall die Seized 
Possessed of or intitled unto, unto my dearly beloved 
Daughter Hannah Chatterton And I hereby Constitute nominate 
and Appoint my Kinsman James Chatterton  of the Middle 
Temple London Esqr and Thomas Chatterton of the City of 
Corke Gentleman Executors of this my Last Will and Testament 
Witness my hand and Seal this fourth day of December in the 
Year of Our Lord One thousand seven hundred and Seventy One
