This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Campion of 
the City of Cork Spinster being possessed of sound mind 
memory and understanding I devise and bequeath all my Estate 
term for lives and Interest in and to the lands of Mondaniel 
in the Barony of Ballymore and County of Cork which I hold 
under Lord Harberton unto my freinds Robert Campion of 
Ballyberg in the County of Cork Esquire and Thomas Forsayth 
of the City of Cork Esquire and to the Survivor of them and 
to the heirs and assigns of such Survivor in trust to pay 
over the yearly rents issues and profits thereof from time 
as the same sjall become due into the proper hands of my 
Niece Elizabeth Grut otherwise Campion the wife of Nicholas 
Grut upon her own receipts and for her sole and separate use 
notwithstanding her Coverture or to transfer and convey the 
said lands of Mondaniel and all my Estate and Interest 
therein unto such person or persons and for such uses and 
purposes as she the said Elizabeth Grut by any note or 
writing under her hand shall notwithstanding her Coverture 
direct or appoint and for want of such appointment in trust 
and to the use and behooffe of the said Elizabeth Grut her 
heirs and assigns whereas I have insured with the London 
Assurance Company the sum of five hundred pounds payable on 
my decease Now I do hereby give leave and bequeath the said 
sum of five hundred pounds with the policy of assurance and 
all advantage to be had thereby unto my Niece Mary Campion 
third daughter of my late Brother Jeremiah Campion and I 
empower my Executors hereinafter named and the Survivor of 
them his Executors and Administrators to demand sue for and 
call in the said sum of five hundred pounds Immediately 
after my decease and place the same at Interest for the 
benefit of my said niece Mary Campion during her minority I 
leave devise and bequeath all the residue of my real and 
personal property plate china linen household furniture and 
Effects of what nature or kind soever unto my said Niece 
Elizabeth Grut I nominate and appoint the said Robert 
Campion Thomas Forsayth and Elizabeth Grut Executors of this 
my last Will and Testament and Guardians of the person and 
fortune of my said niece Mary Campion hereby revoking all 
former Wills by me made In witness whereof I have hereunto 
put my hand and seal this eleventh day of June in the year 
one thousand eight hundred and twelve Mary Campion
