of the present Sir RICHARD REYNELL, Baronet. | This exemplary Woman
accompanied her husband to America | in the year 1775 and after sharing
with him the perils | hardships and fatigues of Two Years' service | in
the field | Was present near the scene of Action at Saratoga | Where he,
fighting like a brave soldier, received the wound | that terminated his
honourable life and left | his widow and children in the hands of the
enemy.| She was endowed with a peculiarly strong mind | capable of
supporting her under many severe trials and | stored with all those
noble qualities which constitute| The Virtuous And Affectionate Wife |
the tender Mother, the amiable Companion and| the pious Christian| she
was born at Kinsale, where |she resided for the greatest part of her
life| universally respected and near this place her mortal remains| are
deposited| She died at Innishannon the 24th day of August 1825 in the

Baronet | Knight Commander of The Most Honourable Order of the Bath |
Knight of the Austrian order of Maria Theresa | and of the Russian Order
of St George, Col of the 71st Highland Light Infantry | who departed
this life at Avisford near Arundel, Sussex, the 10th day of Feb 1848 |
after a Military Service of 54 years. | This distinguished office
entered the Army Sept 1793 and during his military career| was actively
employed in Holland and the West Indies | the landing and subsequent
actions in Egypt and the Peninsula | at Waterloo, where he was wounded,
he commanded the 21st Regt | and entered Paris at the head of the Light
Brigade. | As a General Officer, Sir THOMAS commanded a division of the
army in the East Indies| and having organised the force which besieged
Bhurtpore, he was second in command | of the army which reduced that
place and led the principal column of assault | 18th Jan 1826. For this
service he received the thanks of both houses of parliament| Sir THOMAS
was born the 9th of April 1777, during the period of hostility in
America | and succeeded his brother, Sir RICHARD, as 6th Baronet, Sept
1829 | he married the 12th of Feb 1831, the Lady ELIZABETH LOUISA |
relict of Major General Sir DENIS PACK K.C.B. and daughter of GEORGE|
1st Marquis of Waterford, by whom he leaves no issue, and the Baronet
becomes extinct| his remains are interred in Chichester Cathedral | he
as an affectionate husband, a warm friend, a sincere Christian| and died
trusting in the merits and atonement of his saviour| This monument is
erected by his widow.

WHITE | of H.M. 90th Regiment of Infantry | born January 28th 1784 | at
Byde Mill in St. Philips Parish Barbados | died 12 June 1836 | Her
cultivated mind, powerful in itself directed her affections | to every
duty of life as a daughter, a wife and mother | in constant exercise of
which | she was tender active and persevering | in her religious conduct
humble, devout, simple.| There are qualities of such as are the Kingdom
of Heaven.| She had four children, three only survive her with him |
whose affectionate regret consecrates | this testimony to her virtues.
