				CONSISTING OF ANOTHER PART OF THE LANDS OF CLOUGHMACSIMON

Map		Cloughmacsimon		Lease dated 15th August 1800 from Richard Earl of Shannon to
15/15a		William C. Dowden, 	Christopher Dowden. eldest son of Lessee, then aged 6 years: and
		Rep. for Christopher	William Dowden, eldest son of William Dowden, Bandon then aged
		Dowden			about 8 years - at the yearly rent of £22 12s . These lands
					consist of 2 Acres of the Lands called Bleach Green and 3a 1r 20p
					of the Lands called Lessons Fields.  This land has all the reserved
					rights for Hunting fishing quarrying royalties etc., with a special
					covenant to keep said Premises in repair.  Christopher Dowden
					is the only surviving Life in this lease.

16		Nicholas Bowen, Rep.	Lease dated 1st Nay, 1806 from Richard Earl of Shannon to John
		of John Swete		Swete for the Lives of the Lessee and Hannah Swete, then aged 10
					years eldest daughter and eldest son of Benjamin Swete, Esq., of
					Bandon that the yearly rent of £15 18s 6d. late currency, which
					which was abated to the present rent of £11 in the year 1823.
					This land has all the reserved rights for Hunting fishing.
					quarrying royalties etc., to the Landlord.
					Hannah Swete, now Bowen is the only surviving Life in this lease.

		John Crowley		Tenant from year to year, determinable 29th September in each year.

This Lot adjoins Lot No. 34 on the East and is all of good quality; Land principally in Pasture.  A portion
of it adjoins a street or lane called Warner's-lane and presents a frontage for building.  The tenants are
respectable and solvent.

This Lot adjoins Lot 35 on the South and extends to the Southern Boundary of the ploughland.  The Soil
good, and produces excellent Corn Crops.  It is now principally tillage.
