OBSERVATIONS: This Lot held under lease dated 29th May 1844 from Maurice NORRIS and Robert ROBINSON
to John SULLIVAN for 141 years and will be sold according to the metes and boundaries
therein defined. The RENT 'RESERVED' by said lease is £55 15s. A clause of surrender after six-months
previous notice is contained in the lease.
The Premises consist of a commodious and respectable Dwelling House, Out House, with Garden and Field,
containing about 4 acres, attached.

Leases, nor object by any reason of any Incumbrances affecting their interest.
