NOTED: This Estate within the Borough or City of Cork and upon the several Lots separate Terraces

			GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE - LOTS No. 1 through No. 4

The entire of this Estate. comprised in 4 Lots, is subject to Two Annuities of £92 6s 2d
and £92 6s 2d for the respective Lives of Mrs. BEARE and Major BEARE, aged respectively
68 and 45 years.

The Lands  of Glankittane, Ballintemple and the Premises in Half-Moon street are also subject
to an annuity of £230 during the lives of Major BEARE and his wife and of the survivor of them
now aged respectively 45 and 37 years.

CONDITIONS OF: Lot 1 - will be sold subject to two several annuities of £92 6s 2d British, each one
of said annuities payable during the life of Mrs. BEARE, now aged about 68 years and the other
for the life of Major BEARE, now aged about 45 years.  This Lot will be bound to exonerate the
Three following Lots from payment of said  Two Annuities of £92 6s 2d each.

CONDITIONS OF: Lot 2 - to be sold subject to an annuity of £200  per annum, being a portion of
an annuity of £230 payable during the lives of Major BEARE and his wife and of the survivor of them
now aged respectively 45 and 37 years.  This Lot will be bound to exonerate Lots 3 and 4 from
payment of said sum of £200, portion of said annuity.

CONDITIONS OF: Lot 3 - to be sold exonerated by Lot 1 from payment of said Two annuities of
£92 6s 2d and £92 6s 2d and will be exonerated the annuity of £230 or any portion thereof, by
Lots No. 2 and 4, but will be sold subject to the Head Rent of £18 9s 2d and  18s 2d. Tithe rent
charge payable there out.

CONDITIONS OF: Lot 4 - Is subject to the Head rent of £13 16s 11d and also to £30. portion of
said annuity of £230 charged on Lot No. 2, and will be exonerated from payment of the remaining
£200, by said Lot No. 2, and this lot will be bound to exonerate Lots No. 2 and 3 from payment
of £30 portion of said annuity of £230.
