The last Will and Testament of Corns O'Keeffe formerly of
Sixmilebridge & now of Green Mt in the Co. of Clare Gent In
the Name of God Amen I Cornelius O'Keeffe of Green Mt. in
the County of Clare Gent being of sound mind & understanding
but of bodily indisposition do publish make & declare as my
last will & Testament hereby revoking any former will or
wills by me made I bequeath to my Daughters Margaret & Eliza
O'Keefe Spinster my right Title & Interest in a House on
Charlotte Quay in the City of Limk as Tenanted by Joseph
Barrington of said City & all my Title & Interest in the
Town of Sixmilebridge in the County of Clare under Sir Edwd
O'Brien Bart. Now Tenanted by Jas Byrns This Griffey Andw
Durfer & Peter Henchey or the longest liver of them to be
divided share & share alike between them after my Daughter
Susan O'Keefe otherwise Perry receives Eighteen Months Rent
of said Lands & Tenements to reimburse her for her attention
& my funeral Expences understanding that some Prize Money
may be coming to me as Heir to my Son Major Jeremiah
O'Keeffe the amount of which I can't now ascertain but which
I bequeath in the following proportions first to my Son John
O'Keeffe of the City of Dublin one half of the total amount
to my Daughter Susan O'Keefe otherwise Perry one fourth of
the whole amt & the remaining one fourth to my Daughters the
said Margaret & Eliza O'Keeffe or the longest liver of them
the said Proportion that may be coming to my said Daughters
Margt & Eliza to be disposed of for their Interest &
advantage by my said Son John O'Keeffe & Son in Law Thomas
Perry by placing it at Interest until they conceive the said
Margt & Eliza by Marriage or otherwise intitled to take the
management of said proportions & I further desire my said
Daughter Susan Perry shall have the entire management of the
proportion I leave her without the Controul of her Husband
or any other person and I appoint my beloved Son John
O'Keeffe my Son in Law Thomas Perry & my Grandson James
O'Keeffe my Executors Given under my hand & Seal this Third
day of March One thousand Eight hundred & Eleven Cor O
