In the Name of God Amen I John McNamara of Ballintlea in the
County of Clare Gentleman being of a Sound and Perfect Mind
and Memory and calling to Mind as well the Uncertainty of
this Transitory Life as the Dangers and Hazards of the Seas
do make and declare this my last Will and Testament in
manner following Vizt I commend my Soul to God and my Body I
commit to the Earth or Seas as opportunity shall Serve and
as touching such Worldly Estate or fortune whatsoever as it
had pleased God to bless me withal I dispose of the same as
follows Vizt. I will and bequeath unto my Brothers Francis
and Daniel McNamara all the ready money Goods Chattels and
Debts to ..... I dye possessed of except what shall be
hereafter excepted Item I will and bequeath unto my dear
Mother the fourth part of my Goods & money before mentioned
to be given her by my aforesaid Brothers Francis and Daniel
McNamara whom I do hereby constitute make and appoint full
and Sole Executors of this my Will and Testament revoking
disannulling and making void all former Will and Bequests by
me made and declaring this only to be my last Will and
Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto Put my hand and
fixed my seal this 30th Day of June 1745 forty and five John
McNamara
