MCNAMARA, MARGARET FEBRUARY 2, 1934

I Margaret McNamara of Laccaroe Feakle in the County of
Clare, married woman make this my last will and Testament.
I hereby appoint my husband James McNamara and my nephew
Martin Ryan of Birdhill Co Tipperary to be sole executor of
this my will and I direct them to pay my just debts funeral
and testamentary expenses I will and bequeath the sum of
twenty pounds (£20) to Father McDonnell Parish Priest of
Feakle for masses to be offered for the repose of my soul
and the souls of my father and mother in a Church open to
public worship and in Ireland.  I will, devise and bequeath
on half of all the rest residue  and remainder of my
property that I may die seized possessed of or entitled to
whether real or personal unto my husband absolutely I will
devise and bequeath the other half of all the rest residue
and remainder of my property that I may die seized possessed
of or entitled to whether real or personal unto my nephews
and nieces share and share alike and I hereby remake all
former wills or testamentary dispositions heretofore made by
me and declare this to be my last will and testament in
witness whereof I have subscribed my name and led my hand
this second day of February one-thousand nine hundred and
thirty-four.

Margaret,  her "X" mark McNamara signed by the Said
Testatrix in as and for her last will and testament in the
presence of us both present at the same time who in her
presence at her request and in presence of each other have
hereunto subscribed our names as witness the will having
been first audibly and distinctly read over to her and the
she appeared fully to understand same.

	I herewith enclose you cheque £8:10:9 amount of duty and
correspondence fee and stamps £1:12:6 herein.  I entered a
Caveat on the 13th February last on behalf of James
McNamara, Laccarow Lower, Feakle, Co. Clare, farmer, and
this is the same person as James McNamara one of the
Executors for whom I am now extracting the Grant of Probate.
 I return you Oath for Executors duly amended.

	On the 13th February last you entered a Caveat, in this
case, on behalf of James McNamara of Laccaroe, Feakle, Co.
Clare, Farmer.  Please let me know if this person is the
same as the James McNamara – one of the executors for whom
you are now extracting the Grant of Probate.
	In the Caveat the Caveator is not called "husband of
deceased."

that no other application appears to have been made in
respect of the goods of the said deceased.

Do not clear this case until Caveat withdrawn or
satisfactorily explained – an Executor entering a caveat
against her Testator Will.

I enclose copy Will and Correspondence.  If the Caveat has
not been warned I take it that it has now expired.

In the Goods of MARGARET McNAMARA

I, PATRICK F. MOLONY, of (a) ENNIS, County of CLARE,
SOLICITOE aged 21 years and upwards, make Oath that I am one
of the Subscribing Witnesses to the last Will of the said
MARGARET McNAMARA late of (b) LECCAROW LOWER, FEAKLE in the
County of CLARE, MARRIED WOMAN deceased ; the said Will
being now hereunto annexed, bearing date the SECOND day of
FEBRUARY 1934 and that the said Testatrix executed the said
Will on the day of the date thereof, [affixing HER mark,
unable to write from physical debility, ] at the foot or end
thereof as the same now appears thereon, in the presence of
me and of MICHAEL TUOHEY the other Subscribed Witness
thereto, both of us being present at the same time, - and we
thereupon attested and subscribed the said Will in the
presence of the said Testrix and of each other.  [ (c) And I
further say, that before said Testatrix executed said Will
in manner aforesaid, same was truly audibly, and distinctly
read, over to HER by me, and said Testatrix appeared to
fully understand the same, and was at the time of the
execution thereof of sound mind, memory, and understanding.]

Sworn at ENNIS in the County of CLARE this 16th day of JUNE
1934 by the said PATRICK F. MOLONY [signed] before me, a
Commissioner for Oaths, and I know the Deponent.

day of FEBRUARY 1934 at LECCAROW LOWER, FEAKLE AFORESAID on
behalf of (b) JAMES McNAMARA and MARTIN RYAN sole EXECUTORS
in said Will named.

I, JAMES McNAMARA of (a) LECCAROW LOWER, FEAKLE in the
County of CLARE, Farmer, and MARTIN RYAN of Cragg, Birdhill
in the County of Tipperary, Farmer aged twenty-one years and
upwards, make Oath and say that WE believe the paper writing
hereto annexed, and marked by US (*) to contain the true and
original last WILL of MARGARET McNAMARA late of (b) LECCAROW
LOWER, FEAKLE, in the County of CLARE, Married Woman
deceased ; that same was made by the said MARGARET McNAMARA
after attaining the full age of twenty-one years, and that
SHE did not intermarry with any person after making of same
; and that JAMES McNAMARA am the lawful WIDOWER of said
MARGARET McNAMARA and that WE are Sole EXECUTORS in the said
Will named.

The Deceased had at the time of her death a fixed place of
abode at Leccarow Lower Feakle aforesaid within the District
of Limerick.

That I, Martin RYAN am the lawful nephew of the said Testator.

That we will faithfully administer the personal Estate of
the said Testatrix by paying HER just debts and the Legacies
contained in HER said Will so far as the same shall thereto
extend and the law binds US ; that WE will exhibit a just
and true account thereof, whenever required by law so to do
; that the Testatrix died at LECCAROE LOWER, FEAKLE in the
County of CLARE on the 3rd day of FEBRUARY one thousand nine
hundred and THIRTY-FOUR and that the whole of the Personal
Estate of said Testatrix amounts in value to the sum of (d)
SEVENTY-FOUR Pounds ----- Shillings, and ------- Pence, and
no more, to the best of OUR knowledge and belief.
