In the Name of God Amen I Charles Keane now residing in the
Town of Ennis in the County of Clare Esqre a Brevet Major in
His Majesty's Royal Artillery being of sound mind memory and
understanding do make and publish this my last Will and
Testament in manner and form following that is to say I
leave and bequeath unto my dear brother Robert Keane Charles
of Beechpark in sd County of Clare Esqr and to his heirs for
ever All my estate property and effects real freehold &
personal and of every kind and description whatsoever which
I shall be at the time of my decease seized and possessed of
or entitled unto And I hereby appoint the sd Robert Keane
Charles Sole Executor of this my Will And I do hereby revoke
annul and make void all former Wills by me at any time
heretofore made declaring this to be my last Will and
Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
seal the twentieth day of September one thousand eight
