In the Name of God Amen I Philip Fitzpatrick of Gratetowel 
in the Parish of Temple Port in the County of Cavan and 
Kingdom of Ireland farmer being of perfect mind and memory 
do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form 
following Imprimis I Commend my soul to God that gave it and 
my body to be decently buried at the discretion of my 
Executrix hereinafter named as to my Worldly Estate or 
substance I leave and bequeath it all to my well beloved 
Wife Mary Fitzpatrick and my four daughters Jane Hellen 
Catherine and Mary share and share alike and if any of them 
happens to dye her share or part to be equally divided 
between the survivors my just Debts and funeral charges 
being first paid I appoint my wife sole Executrix of this my 
last Will and Testament and John Enerey of the said parish 
and County Esqr and Mr William Faris of London Merchant 
Trustees hopeing and desiring they will accept of the said 
Trust and assist my dear Wife in the due execution thereof 
and in token of my respect and esteem do leave each of my 
said Trustees a mourning ring of a Guinea Price ratifying 
and confirming this as my last Will and Testament the 
Thirtieth day of July one Thousand Seaven hundred and Thirty 
five 1735 Philip Fitzpatrick
