DESCRIPTIVE PATRICULARS
The lands of Reilaghmore, in the Parish of Moybologue,
Barony of Clounker, and County of Cavan, containing 114
Acres and 10 Perches, Statute Measure. ... The lands are
situate within about 8 miles of the Town of Kells, 3 miles
of the Town of Bailieboro', and 6 miles of the Town of
Kingscourt, bordering on the County of Meath.

Observations:
These Lands are held conjointly with the Lands of Relaghbuoy
and Shrahan, comprised in Lots 3 and 4, under conveyance
from the Ecclesiastical Commissioners for Ireland, bearing
date the 21st May, 1838, and made between the Right Rev.
Lord Bishop of Kilmore, of the first part, the
Ecclesiastical Commissioners for Ireland, of the second
part, and the Rev. George VESEY, of the third part, at the
yearly rent subject to variation in amount, under the
provisions of the Church Temporalities Acts, but the lands
of Shrahan comprised in Lot 4, will be sold primarily
subject to the entire thereof.
