WILLS: MURPHY, MARY JANUARY 16, 1840

In the Name of God Amen I Mary Murphy of Mill Street Tullow
County Carlow Spinster of sound mind do make this my last
will and testament I do will that whatever money may be in
my possession at the time of my death in the House where I
die be applied by my executors to defray the expences of my
sickness & the interment of my remains I will that the money
belonging to me & now in the possession of Dr James Rowson
of Lichfield England to be distributed in the following
manner vizt. One third of it to be given to my sister
Bridget Murphy one third of it to be given in equal portions
to my brother Patrick Murphy his daughter Mary Murphy & Mary
Boyne wife of Daniel Byrne Shoemaker Tullow and the
remaining one third to be given to Serenus (?) Kelly &
Patrick Rossiter of the Monastery I appoint the said Serenus
(?) Kelly & Patrick Rossiter my Executors to carry this my
will into effect Mary Murphy x her mark
