NEWSPAPER: NOTICE TO CREDITORS, UNCLAIMED DIVIDENDS

Legal Notice.
Irish Court of Justice in Ireland
Chancery Division.

In the matter of the Tipperary Joint Stock Bank and the
Winding Up Acts.
Notice to Creditors of unclaimed dividends.

Whereas dividends have from time to time been declared on
the claims of several persons interested in said Joint Stock
Company, whose names are set forth in the schedule hereto,
and such persons have not hitherto made application
therefore, nor such dividends been paid;-Now notice is
hereby given to such persons or their legal representative
that on application to Richard Seymour Guinness, the
official manager in this matter, at 5 College Green, Dublin,
accompanied when necessary with the proper evidence of
identity, such dividends to which such persons or their
representatives are entitled will be paid by said official
manager, who on inquiry will supply particulars and all
information respecting such dividends to any party
interested. And notice is also given that in the event of
such persons or their representatives not claiming such
dividends on or before the 11th Jan. 1882 such unclaimed
dividends will be lodged in the Chancery Division of the
High Court of Justice to the credit of this matter, and any
application in respect thereof must be made to the said
court, and at the expense of the party so applying.
